COMMMON THREAD: A Textile Festival on Cherokee Street features curated offerings from artists and vendors specializing in vintage, handmade, and custom clothing, as wells as crochet, tapestry art, knitting, quilting, leather goods, and more. Vendors will be located both inside and outside existing businesses along Cherokee Street, stretching from Louisiana to Lemp Avenue.

Show Off Your Finds in the Fashion Show

The event will culminate in a community fashion show and "catwalk open mic" where attendees can sign up to showcase the outfits and pieces purchased during the festival while highlighting the vendors behind them. Prizes will be awarded for categories including Best Score, Best Accessory and Best Overall Outfit.
